You can now automate repetitive tasks directly inside the Workspace Kanban plugin.
Create rules that automatically respond to changes on your board — so routine actions happen for you without manual work.
Automations can be triggered when:
Triggers can be broad or specific. For example, you can create a rule that runs whenever a card is moved, or only when it enters a specific column like In Progress or Done.
Make automations more precise with optional conditions.
Rules can check:
Multiple conditions can be combined, so an automation only runs when all requirements are met.
A single rule can perform multiple actions in sequence.
For example, when a card is moved to Done, you could automatically change its color, add a tag, clear its assignees, add a comment, or move it somewhere else.

You can reorder rules to control their execution order, enable or disable individual automations at any time, and review recent automation activity through the History tab.
The history shows when an automation ran, whether it succeeded or failed, and which actions were executed.
