Workspace Update — Piano, Better Boards, Todo Celebrations & More

This update brings several improvements across Workspace, including a completely new interactive block, more flexible boards, better todos, sidebar improvements, and upgraded chat controls.

🎹 New Piano Block

Yes, Workspace now has a piano.

The new Piano block lets you play music directly inside your Workspace pages using your mouse, keyboard, or supported MIDI input.

It includes:

• Multiple piano and synth-style instruments
• Grand Piano, Soft Grand, Bright Grand, Electric Piano, Organ, Vibraphone, Celesta, Harpsichord, Bell, Pad and more
• Adjustable volume, tone, release, dynamics and room effect
• Sustain support
• Multiple computer keyboard layouts, including QWERTY, QWERTZ, Hungarian QWERTZ and AZERTY
• Adjustable octave and polyphony
• Optional note names and keyboard labels
• Sequence playback
• Custom BPM
• Built-in song templates

You can also write your own note sequences, chords, Virtual Piano-style inputs, or JSON-based sequences and play them directly inside the block.

Is it necessary for productivity?

Probably not.

Is it good?

Absolutely.

🗂 Better Kanban Boards

Kanban boards are now much more flexible.

Cards can now be moved between different Board blocks, making it much easier to reorganize work without recreating cards manually.

For example, you can move a card from Board 1 directly into Board 2.

Custom Urgency Levels

You can now create your own urgency levels instead of being limited to predefined options.

Custom urgency levels are reusable across boards.

If you create an urgency level in one board, you can use the same urgency level in other boards as well.

This makes it easier for teams and personal workspaces to maintain consistent priorities across multiple boards.

✅ Todo Progress & Celebrations

Todo blocks can now display progress, giving you a clearer overview of how much of a list has already been completed.

And completing an entire todo list now comes with a small celebration:

🎉 Confetti.

Because finishing things should feel at least slightly satisfying.

📌 Sidebar Pinning

Pages and spaces can now be pinned directly in the Workspace sidebar.

This makes frequently used content much easier to access without reorganizing your entire Workspace structure.

🛠 Sidebar Position Fix

Fixed an issue that prevented some sidebar items from having their position changed correctly.

Sidebar organization should now behave as expected.

💬 Chat Improvements

Workspace Chat also received several usability improvements.

Adjustable Chat Width

You can now change the width of the chat interface, making it easier to adapt the layout depending on how much space you want for the conversation.

Improved GIF Search

Finding and inserting GIFs is now faster and easier with improvements to the GIF search experience.
