The Habit Tracker is designed for tracking recurring routines directly inside a Workspace page without needing a separate database, external app, or complicated setup.
Each habit is displayed across a full 7-day weekly view.
You can mark individual days as completed directly from the tracker, making it easy to see your routine at a glance.
Every habit can have its own weekly target, such as:
3 days per week
5 days per week
every day
or any custom target between 1 and 7 days
The tracker automatically compares completed days with the target for each habit.
The Habit Tracker automatically calculates streaks based on your completion history.
Each habit can display its current streak, so you can immediately see how consistently you have been maintaining it.
The block also keeps track of streak data across your habits and displays an overall streak at the top of the tracker.
The Habit Tracker includes an optional overall weekly progress bar.
It combines the targets of all your habits and shows:
total completed habit days
total target completions
overall completion percentage
For example:
18 / 24 done — 75%
Once the weekly target is fully completed, the tracker automatically marks the weekly goal as reached.
Completing your full weekly routine can now trigger a confetti celebration.
Once your total weekly target reaches 100%, Workspace celebrates the completed routine with confetti.
This can be disabled from the Habit Tracker settings if you prefer a quieter experience.
The Habit Tracker is not limited to the current week.
You can move between weeks using the built-in navigation controls and review previous completion history or prepare upcoming weeks.
A dedicated This Week control lets you instantly return to the current week.
Every habit has its own weekly goal.
For example:
Gym — 4 days/week
Reading — 6 days/week
Water — 7 days/week
The tracker displays the current progress next to each habit, such as:
3 / 5
Once the target is reached, the goal indicator changes automatically.
An optional daily summary is shown at the bottom of the tracker.
This displays how many habits were completed on each day of the week.
If every habit is completed on a specific day, that day is highlighted as fully completed.
New habits can be added directly from the block without opening a separate editor.
Habit names can also be edited inline.
You can:
add habits
rename habits
delete habits
change weekly targets
update completion history directly from the weekly grid
New habits start with a default 5-day weekly target, which can be changed at any time.
The Habit Tracker includes two different completion styles:
Dot Matrix
Checkbox
This lets you choose between a cleaner visual tracking style or a more traditional checklist appearance.
Habit Trackers can use different accent themes.
Available themes include:
Emerald Green
Ocean Blue
Vibrant Purple
Warm Amber
Rose Red
The selected color is used throughout the tracker for completed days, progress, and visual indicators.
You can choose whether your week starts on:
Monday
Sunday
This changes the entire weekly layout automatically.
Several parts of the Habit Tracker can be individually enabled or disabled.
You can choose whether to display:
streaks
weekly progress
daily summaries
confetti celebrations
This allows the same Habit Tracker block to be either very minimal or more detailed depending on how you prefer to track routines.
The Habit Tracker also includes built-in starter templates so you do not have to build every routine manually.
Available templates include:
Includes habits such as:
Make Bed
Hydrate
Stretching
Healthy Breakfast
Includes:
Daily Steps
Gym / Strength
Healthy Eating
Sleep
Includes:
Deep Work
No Social Media in the Morning
Industry Reading
Planning Tomorrow
Templates can be applied directly from the settings panel and then customized afterwards.
Habit Tracker blocks can also have their own custom title.
For example:
Morning Routine
Gym & Health
Daily Discipline
Study Habits
If no custom title is provided, the block uses Weekly Habit Tracker by default.
The new Habit Tracker is built to make recurring routines easy to manage without turning habit tracking into another complicated productivity system.
Add a block, create your habits, set your weekly goals, and start checking off days.
